I had a wonderful time at the Legacy Lounge. Suzanne took the time to really get to know me, which made the whole shoot feel relaxed and personal. For me, this was about accepting and celebrating my body. I barely recognised myself in the first few shots but Suzanne helped me see my softness in a whole new light. Much more emotional than I expected but the most uplifting experience I have ever had. What a special skill to empower other women to feel beautiful. Left with a whole new confidence, every woman deserves to experience this.

Before this experience I genuintely hated having my picture taken. I would avoid cameras, picking apart every piece of myself and feeling disconnected from the woman staring back at me. I had hoped for a few nice photos, but what I actually got was so much more powerful.

From the moment we started, I felt seen, comfortable and completely supported. The experience wasn’t just about taking pictures, it was about rediscovering myself.

When I saw the final portraits I was honestly emotional. For the first time in a long time, I saw strength, beauty, softness and confidence. I saw the woman I had forgotten I was. I am beyond grateful for this experience. If you have ever felt uncomfortable in front of a camera or struggled to see your own beauty, then do this for yourself. I will treasure my portraits forever!

The whole experience has just been absolutely amazing. The one thing for me is how my self confidence and self belief has bloomed. When I see these pictures I see a strong, beautiful woman who is capable of anything. You can do it!

The experience at Suzanne’s was amazing.
